Even as some states start the process of reopening, it is clear that things will not- and cannot- go back to business as usual. It may be daunting, but with these new challenges come new opportunities as well. What should your business be doing over the next 100 days to drive towards recovery and ensure you’re prepared to succeed in the “new normal”?

- Jack Maher, Senior Consultant, AON
Jack is a Senior Consultant on Aon’s Health Transformation consulting team and is located in the Chicago, Illinois office. Prior to joining Aon in 2015, Jack worked three years in the pharmaceutical industry leading project teams through phase 2 and 3 clinical trials. He has published three papers in peer-reviewed neuroendocrinology and gastroenterology journals. Jack is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

- Brian Collins, Director, Risk & Recovery, BDO
Brian Collins joined BDO with more than 20 years of commercial and governmental risk experience. A former combat-decorated infantry officer in the US Marine Corps, his passion is working with executives in times of change, challenge, and crisis, as well as helping leaders capitalize on emerging trends. Prior to Brian’s arrival, he led the crisis management practice for Lootok, a boutique New York City-based consulting and technology firm acquired by BDO in 2019.

This webinar is hosted through the Chamber’s Mid-Market Chicago program, which focuses on growing and supporting middle market companies (defined as $10mil - $1bil in annual revenue) across the Chicagoland region through educational programming, networking events, and other resources. Mid-Market Chicago is presented by BDO, BMO Harris, Aon, and Colliers. More information is available here.
